"FVR Give$ Back" Community Fundraising Program
Fox Valley Rep has raised over $15,000 for local charities. Could yours be next?
The FVR Give$ Back program is about supporting community non-profit organizations in partnership with Fox Valley Rep. Patrons who come to the theater have the opportunity to give as generously as they are able upon exiting the theater to support not one, but two worthwhile causes! Fox Valley Rep has discovered the beauty in partnering with local causes. Together, we can raise greater awareness about both organizations and collectively raise thousands of dollars for local charities deserving of our support. From the support of patrons like you, Fox Valley Rep is giving back to the community of which it serves and is proud to support. Benefit Performances
In 2010, we helped organizations raised approximately over $15,000 to support their causes! Benefit performances were held for organizations such as: St. Charles Rotary, Kiwanis Club of Lombard, Youth Outlook, Bartlett Learning Center, St. Charles Education Foundation, Clipped Wings, & Fox Valley Literacy Volunteers.
As a 501(c)(3), we understand the importance of fundraising and support for other non-profit organizations! Consider holding a benefit performance at the theater to raise support for your organization and help us engage new people at our theater! Pending availability, we offer 501(c)(3) organizations a once per year opportunity to have a benefit performance during one of our Mainstage Subscription shows! It’s simple – Together we:
• Pick a date for a show
• Decide on an amount of tickets (usually between 50 – 100)
• You promote the event to your supporters, volunteers, etc.
• We charge only $10 per ticket, and you can sell at a price you choose
• Then, enjoy a great performance and make a profit for your organization!
What does it cost?
• The only charge is $10 for each ticket. Single tickets range on average between $30 - $40, but benefit groups would only pay $10 per ticket and have the opportunity to make significant profit per ticket.
What’s the value?
• First, we hope that your guests will enjoy a night to the theater and have a pleasing experience. Second, we hope that your constituents walk away more engaged with both your organization and our theater.
