Laura EilersLaura Eilers (Production Manager) oversees and facilitates all productions at FVR. Eilers has been with FVR since August of 2007 including four years as the Assistant Production Manager. She also designed lights for Making God Laugh, The Woman in Black and a number of Youth Ensemble shows. In addition, Eilers has worked in several capacities with Drury Lane Oakbrook and the Illinois Shakespeare Festival. Eilers is a graduate of Illinois State University with a major in Theater and emphasis in Design/Production as well as minor in Music. When she is not working, she is active in her church, and plays horn in the Spring Valley Concert Band and hand bells with the Community Ringers of Lombard. John GawlikJohn Gawlik (Artistic Director) is responsible for selecting all the programming that appears on stage. Additionally, John develops the creative teams behind each production by working with some of the top directors, actors and designers in the Chicagoland area. During his tenure, The Performing Arts Academy was launched, overall attendance increased almost 50 percent and subscriptions continue to set a new sales record each year. An actor/director, John has appeared with or helmed productions for many Chicagoland companies. Recent projects include directing the Chicago Premiere of When the Rain Stops Falling at Circle Theater (Jeff Award for Director and Production)  and performing in Broadsword at The Gift Theatre. Favorite acting credits include: Bill Sykes in Oliver at Drury Lane, Blizzard ‘67 with Chicago Dramatist, The Lonesome West and Beauty Queen of Lennane with the Gift Theatre, A Skull in Connemara at Northlight (After Dark Award, Ensemble) and The Great Society with Famous Door. Additional directing credits include The Ruby Sunrise which was named one of the Top Ten shows of 2009 by TimeOut Chicago Magazine and the Jeff Nominated production of W;t and the Jeff Award winning  The Good Thief for The Gift Theatre. Katherine MinixKatherine Minix (Operations Manager) has many different duties including overseeing the Front of House team, Human Resources, contracting, record keeping and assisting Colleen with the day to day operations of the company. Katherine continues to uphold the high customer service standards of Fox Valley Repertory. Previously, she has worked as a House Manager and Administrative Assistant for FVR and various theater companies around Chicago. Katherine has been with FVR since May 2011.  She spends her time outside of work going to see shows with her husband and is involved in the Community Bell Ringers of Lombard with fellow coworker Laura. Audra SybertAudra Sybert (Brand Manager) is responsible for public relations, grant writing, marketing for the theater and educational programs, and overseeing the Mainstage Theater Subscription Campaign.  Audra has been with FVR since 2006.  Prior to FVR, Audra was a marketing manager for Metropolis Performing Arts Centre in Arlington Heights, and has also worked for Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Lyric Opera.  During her FVR career, Audra has helped quadruple subscription sales, triple the amount of email fans, and create many online social networks for FVR.  She is a performing arts management graduate of Columbia College Chicago and music business graduate of Lewis University. She serves on the Board for Metropolitan Youth Symphony and is a member of the Joliet Symphony Orchestra. Email: Asybert@foxvalleyrep.org


Colleen TovarColleen Tovar (Managing Director) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and has been with Fox Valley Repertory since its inception in 2004. Prior to joining FVR, Colleen has worked professionally as a union Stage Manager (member of Actors’ Equity Association since 1999), Production Manager, Special Events Manager, Box Office Manager, Scenic and Sound Designer. She has also taught Stage Management at the collegiate level and has worked as a Human Resources Manager for a hotel on the "Magnificient Mile" in Chicago. Tracy WhitesideTracy Whiteside (Education Manager) is responsible for all education programming for Fox Valley Repertory’ Performing Arts Academy; Tracy also teaches class and directs student productions. Previously, Tracy served as a talent agent in New Jersey and taught workshops in modeling, acting, singing, make-up, fashion, image and self-improvement. In the Chicagoland area, Tracy teaches performing arts classes at Elgin Community College and served on the Board of Directors for First Street Playhouse. Email: Twhiteside@foxvalleyrep.org
