Morgan Ball (Group Sales/Guest
Services/Company
Manager) is responsible for booking groups into each season of productions at
FVR, overseas the day-to-day
operations of our Front-Of-House team, ensures audience care
and comfort, assists with HR and office operations, and is a
liaison for each acting company. Prior to joining the FVR
team in 2009, Morgan was the House
Manager at the Chicago Shakespeare Theater in
Laura Eilers (Production Manager)
oversees and facilitates all productions at FVR. Eilers has
been with FVR since August of 2007 including four years as
the Assistant Production Manager. She also designed lights
for The Woman in Black and a number of Youth
Ensemble shows. In addition, Eilers has worked in several
capacities with Drury Lane Oakbrook and the Illinois
Shakespeare Festival. Eilers is a graduate of Illinois State
University with a major in Theater and emphasis in
Design/Production as well as minor in Music. When she is not
working, she is active in her church and an avid handbell
ringer. John Gawlik (Artistic Director) is responsible for selecting all the programming that
appears on stage. Additionally, John develops the creative teams behind each
production by working with some of the top directors, actors and designers in
the Chicagoland area. During his tenure, The Performing Arts Academy was
launched, overall attendance increased almost 50 percent and subscriptions
continue to set a new sales record each year.
An actor/director, John has appeared with or helmed productions for many Katherine Minix (Administrative Assistant and House Manager) has many different duties including Human Resources, contracting, record keeping and assisting both Morgan and Colleen with the day to day operations of the company. Katherine’s House Management duties keep her busy on the weekends as she supervises the ushers and volunteers during the performances and maintains the satisfaction of all patrons that come through our doors. Katherine has been with the company since May 2011. Previously, she has worked as a House Manager for many theater companies around Chicago. Katherine graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a B.A. in Theater. Audra Sybert
(Marketing & Development Manager) is responsible
for public relations, fundraising, marketing for the theater and educational programs, and
overseeing the Mainstage Theater Subscription Campaign.
Audra has been with FVR since 2006.
Prior to FVR, Audra was a marketing manager for Metropolis Performing
Arts Centre in
Colleen Tovar (Managing Director) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of
the company and has been with Fox Valley Repertory since its inception in
2004. Prior to joining FVR, Colleen has worked
professionally as a union Stage Manager (member of Actors’ Equity Association since
1999), Production Manager, Special Events Manager, Box Office Manager, Scenic
and Sound Designer.
She has also taught Stage Management at the collegiate level
and has worked as a Human Resources Manager for a hotel on
the "Magnificient Mile" in Chicago. Colleen is an honored graduate of
Tracy Whiteside (Education Manager) is responsible for all
education programming for Fox Valley Repertory’ Performing Arts Academy;
